Pricing You Can Understand
Crypto pricing is notoriously confusing. Spreads, commissions, network fees, withdrawal charges, conversion margins. Many platforms bury their real costs in layers of complexity so you can't easily compare.
We take the opposite approach. Before you confirm any transaction, you see the total cost broken down into its components: our trading commission, third-party payment processing costs, and estimated blockchain network fees. Each line is separate and clearly labeled.
If you're comparing us to another provider, we're happy to walk you through exactly how our pricing stacks up. Transparency is only meaningful if it's verifiable.

About Blockchain Fees
Network fees (gas fees) are separate from our charges. They go to blockchain validators, not to Novudi, and depend on network congestion at the time of your transaction.
We always show estimated network fees before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
Some blockchains have very low fees (Tron, Solana). Others, like Ethereum during peak usage, can be expensive. If network fees are unusually high at the time of your trade, we'll let you know and suggest waiting or using an alternative network if available.
What You See Is What You Pay
The quote we give you is the quote you pay. We don't adjust prices after confirmation, add fees during settlement, or charge hidden monthly costs. There are no account fees, no inactivity charges, and no minimum balance requirements.
For exchange trades, the total cost includes our commission plus any applicable payment processing fees. For OTC trades, everything is bundled into the quoted spread. In both cases, blockchain network fees are shown separately because they go to validators, not to us.

How Payment Method Affects Price
Different payment methods have different costs. SEPA bank transfers are typically the cheapest option for EU clients. Card payments offer faster processing but come with higher processing fees charged by the card networks. Alternative payment methods vary by region and provider.
We pass payment processing costs through at our actual cost with zero markup. The breakdown is always shown before you confirm so you can choose the option that best fits your priorities: speed vs. cost.
For large transactions, bank transfers are almost always the most cost-effective choice. For smaller, time-sensitive purchases, card payments may be worth the slightly higher processing fee.

We aggregate liquidity from multiple providers to ensure you get competitive exchange rates. Our commission is straightforward, and we don't inflate spreads to create hidden revenue.
For OTC clients, rates improve with volume. Repeat clients and larger trades benefit from tighter spreads and preferential pricing. This isn't a marketing gimmick. It's how institutional liquidity markets work, and we pass that benefit directly to you.
