What is Novudi?

Novudi is the trading name of Novu Tech Ltd, a regulated Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registered in Bulgaria (UIC 207892707) and supervised by the Financial Supervision Commission of Bulgaria. We facilitate the buying, selling, and exchange of digital assets across Europe.

Is Novudi regulated?

Yes. Novu Tech Ltd is registered in Bulgaria and regulated by the Financial Supervision Commission of Bulgaria. We comply with all applicable EU anti-money laundering directives and local regulations governing virtual asset service providers.

Which countries do you serve?

Novudi serves clients across the European Economic Area. We cannot provide services to residents of countries subject to international sanctions or jurisdictions where virtual asset services are prohibited by law. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific country.

What cryptocurrencies do you support?

We support a wide range of digital assets listed on major exchanges, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Tether (USDT), XRP, BNB, Dogecoin (DOGE), Tron (TRX), USD Coin (USDC), and many others. If you need a specific asset, get in touch and we will confirm availability.

KYC & Verification

Why do I need to verify my identity?

As a regulated VASP, we are legally required to verify the identity of every client before providing services. This is mandated by Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, and protects both you and our platform from fraud and illegal activity.

What documents do I need for verification?

Individual clients need a government-issued photo ID (passport or national identity card), proof of residence dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and a selfie or short video verification. How long does verification take?

In most cases, the automated verification process completes within minutes. We partner with EU-regulated identity verification providers to ensure the process is both fast and thorough. If additional manual review is needed, our compliance team will contact you promptly.

Is my personal data safe?

What is the difference between Crypto Exchange and OTC?

Our Crypto Exchange is designed for standard-volume transactions: buying, selling, or exchanging crypto at competitive market rates. OTC (over-the-counter) trading is built for large-volume orders by institutional clients or high-net-worth individuals, offering personalized execution with tighter spreads and zero market impact.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (SEPA), card payments, and additional methods depending on your location and the specifics of your transaction. Contact us to discuss which payment options are available for your case.

How long do transactions take?

Crypto-to-crypto transactions are typically confirmed within the native blockchain's block time. Fiat-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat trades involving bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. We always aim to process our side as quickly as possible.

Do you store my cryptocurrency?

No. Novudi operates on a non-custodial model. We do not hold or store your cryptocurrency assets at any point. Funds are sent directly to and from your own wallet, giving you full control over your private keys at all times.

What are your fees?
